No updates, no return calls, no return emails. I paid THOUSANDS to Ms. Hynes for a PAID mediator to do all the work and I STILL cannot even get her to have the decency to return my calls or emails. It has been over 3 months since I settled with my spouse 100% in mediation and she STILL has not completed our paperwork AND won't return my attempts for contact. She got my money and that was literally the last I heard from her.
They wouldn't even let me meet her, she didn't give a flip about me when I finally met her I was very disappointed she didn't know anything about me or my case- made me feel like I shouldn't even bother, like I didn't try hard enough to find a side job. She's very condescending and full of herself. Does not care about people!
