Hired Attorney Steven Weiss

Steven is an awesome, trust worthy and well rounded individual whose traits cary over into his work. He was patient and took the time to walk me through every step explaining the intricacies of the court system. This gave me confidence in my approach without waiver. During the mediation he knew when to stand firm and when to negotiate, but was never intimidated. Steven is well known and respected in the Family Law circle and I can see why.

Hired Attorney Steven Weiss

Steven is intelligent, eloquent, psychologically-minded, and patient. I always felt that he was on my side, explained all the options and really listened and understood my case even from an emotional level. I would use him again anytime!

Hired Attorney Steven Weiss

I highly recommend Steven Weiss. Throughout the time he represented me in my divorce, he was consistently considerate, responsive, thorough, reassuring and professional. I truly felt at all times he was advising me as to what was in the best interest for me and my children. Steven takes the time to listen and has a great sense of the issues involved and how to best take care of them. I always felt Steven cared about what I and my children had endured and genuinely wanted the best for us.

Hired Attorney James Reape

My name is Mrs. Williams. One thing I noticed immediately about this firm is that no one on the staff appears to be on their own. There is still the dynamic of consulting with the elders(most experienced). Which also means you can talk to 3 different staff members and they ALL KNOW what is going on. I never felt lost in their caseloads or less important. This is a real team and tremendous operating system they have. It is a great feeling knowing you have this strong support system behind you. I knew this firm was the absolute best choice for me because they shared the same morals, ethics and values. These are genuine people, with high quality experience. They persevere with their respected integrity. You WILL WANT their reputation defending your name.

Hired Law Firm

I had a horrible experience as a client (for over a year) regarding a sensitive family law issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was forced to replace them with a new attorney. Here’s what I experienced (in my opinion): 1—Non communicative, refused to explain the process or the overall strategy; whenever I asked for clarification, the attorney took it personally. 2—Unavailable and unresponsive. Attorney was often unavailable to answer questions. As a result, issues that could have been resolved with a simple phone call or email took months and thousands of thousands of dollars in fees. 3—Passive. Although the attorney claimed to be an aggressive advocate, he often took a passive approach to everything. 4—Took no responsibility. The attorney was quick to blame opposing counsel, the mediator, the forensic accountant or even ME as the client. I had to hire a new attorney and spent tens of thousands of dollars bringing that new attorney up to speed.

I had a horrible experience as a client (for over a year) regarding a sensitive family law issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was forced to hire a new attorney. Here’s what I experienced (in my opinion): 1—Non communicative. Matthew refused to explain the family law process or his overall strategy; whenever I asked him for clarification, he took it personally. He acted as though I was supposed to “sign over a blank check and trust him.” 2—Unavailable/unresponsive. Matthew was often unavailable to answer questions or to respond to opposing counsel. As a result, issues that could have been resolved with a simple phone call or email took months and thousands of dollars. 3—Passive. He often took a passive approach to everything and retreated whenever opposing counsel pushed back. Sometimes I wondered if he was working for me or for the other side. 4—Took no responsibility when things went sideways and blamed everyone under the sun for bad results.

Hired Attorney Steven Weiss

Anyone who says that Weiss is anything but a litigator that does his best to cloud said litigation and drag your case on for years is either being paid or isn't real. He's arrogant, cocky, loves to pretend he is the nice guy that is loved by everyone when in reality he plays dirty and will try to scare tactic any attorney he is faced with with their own records when the chance arises. He could care less about your children or their best interests as well. He will see to it that the only one going home truly pleased at the end of the day is himself with your money in his bank accounts. He's so cheap he squeaks when he walks and considering his resemblance to a rat, the squeak is more than appropriate.
