Rushed high pressure mediation. Ellis was supposed to be non partial as the mediator and wasn’t let the other attorney run around the office freely and to try and intimidate the other party. Allowed the opposing attorney to speak to the other counsels client and did nothing. If you have a choice don’t use him if the court request you to use them do what it takes not to. Ellis couldn’t properly negotiate a used car much less custody of children.
