Hired Law Firm

He did very little to uncover assets and was grossly negligent in his courtroom delivery. Twice he was openly rebuked ny the judge and was never prepared to present my case. I could never recommend him because he discussed of his other clients case with me when he found out I knew the individuals. Incompetent, and I would rate him even lower if I could. He needs to choose another line of work,

Hired Attorney Joseph D. Balfour

There was nothing competent or professional about balfour. He criticized and discussed with me the details of his clients case because I knew the couple. He could not remember or retain information, was easily overwhelmed and stressed out when up against a more aggressive and experienced atty. the decision to hire him was a waste of time and money. He failed to meet with the opposing atty/client to find out the value of retirement acct. as required by the judge. The judge rebuked him.

Hired Law Firm

Almost impossible for him to speak up with confidence and authority due to braces. He admitted that diabetes and ADHD PREVENTED HIM FROM ADEQUATELY PERFORMING HIS DUTIES. He was incapable of handling a case of my complexity but never admitted it or referred me to a more capable attorney. He is the worse of the worse attorney I have ever seen; totally incompetent.
