Hired Attorney Donald K. Warwick

Me Warwick was extremely professional and timely in his interactions with myself and my coworkers. For such a high stress situation he made us feel prepared and confident. I was very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with him. Our case was months and months of preparation and three weeks in court and with each step or new event Mr Warwick took time to ensure we understood what was expected of us as well as what we may expect going forward. It was a pleasure working with him.

Hired Attorney Donald K. Warwick

Don is an accomplished, successful litigator. He thoroughly prepares his cases and I especially appreciate his aggressive motion practice. Through his motion practice, Don chips away at the case of his adversaries, eventually leaving them hanging on by a thread. If trial becomes necessary, Don is more than capable. He has tried - and won - several difficult cases for us.

Michael Bosnic attempted to maliciously prosecute me, a 53 year-old man with no criminal history. Unlike Mr. Bosnic, whom is incompetent, overzealous, ruthless and fiercely determined to succeed at all costs to make a name for himself, an ethical prosecutor would have actually conducted an investigation. The facts of the case remain secondary in importance to Mr. Bosnic, especially if they interfere with him obtaining his goals.The corrupting power of unchecked ambition. Avoid him like Ebola.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
