With this firm you have lawyers available that can bring specific expertise to your aid as needed. M&A is where they served me well in the eventual sale of my business. Through the complete process including contract negotiations and final closure I felt I had strong representation clearly focused on getting me the best deal possible. Mr. Warwick was very helpful in preparing us for our trial. It was a very stressful, and emotionally charged situation, and he made us feel at ease. He communicated effectively with us, and was always available if we had any questions. He kept us up to date. He was a master in the courtroom. He is assertive, and exactly the person you would want representing you. Highly recommend!

Physicians when we experience loss or difficult outcomes with patients, a malpractice case is a painful reminder, despite our dedication to the best possible outcomes for patients, that medicine does not assure "best" outcomes. Don utilized his counselor role to be attentive to the emotional support for me to be successful in litigation defense. His legal acumen was amazing, and he successfully represented me several times resulting in favorable decisions each time. I call him FRIEND!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
