By far the worst firm in nj. They purposely put my one foot in my grave to prolong a court battle that should not have went passed the preliminary hearing. I hired them and they went ecstatic screaming over the phone thought it was odd. I guess they thought i was just a dumb jock since i played in the NFL for 10yrs. Im a paraplegic and had surgery scheduled on the preliminary hearing date i told them id cancel my surgery they insisted i didnt need to be there i refused and after 2 weeks they wore me down stating that the only thing the judge was going to do was set a date and the judge wasnt going to ask questions. I was an idiot for listening to them and not following my gut. What shouldve ended at the preliminary went on after he lied and threw me under the bus to prolong the legal battle so i ran up a 70k bill and didnt pay them. They nevrr took me to court because they knew id expose their corruption
Retained him for services for an easy case where all parties were in agreement. Once I paid, I never heard from him. Useless office personnel kept giving me the run around. One free consult phone call and 2 answered emails and I received an invoice saying my retainer was almost gone. I called the court and found out my paperwork was never filed. I ended up doing all of the work myself, making all of the phone calls and setting up my own court date. What a crap law firm, with crap lawyers. If he was too busy to take the case, he should have passed it on to someone else. Do not use Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, & Sacks. Should have researched him online before I hired him. Would never let someone accused of fraud represent me in court. And the work fraud fits him perfectly.
