Hired Attorney

My husband was seriously injured while working in a plant. Despite the fact that he had worked there over 10 years, the company refused to take any responsibility. As soon as we hired Mr. Ferguson's firm, they got to work on our case. Within a short time, it went from the company denying responsibility and not paying anything, to them paying a lot. Mr. Ferguson and his firm worked extremely hard to help us. If God forbid we ever need an attorney again, it will be Mr. Ferguson.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Ferguson and his firm greatly helped us out after our accident. The driver of the car that hit us apologized at the scene and admitted that he was texting. Then he changed his story and his insurance company refused to pay us anything. Mr. Ferguson got the guy to admit that he caused the wreck and got the insurance company to pay. He was great through the whole case. He actually explained stuff to us, took our calls, and genuinely wanted to help. My husband and I highly recommend him!
