My husband was seriously injured while working in a plant. Despite the fact that he had worked there over 10 years, the company refused to take any responsibility. As soon as we hired Mr. Ferguson's firm, they got to work on our case. Within a short time, it went from the company denying responsibility and not paying anything, to them paying a lot. Mr. Ferguson and his firm worked extremely hard to help us. If God forbid we ever need an attorney again, it will be Mr. Ferguson.
Mr. Ferguson and his firm greatly helped us out after our accident. The driver of the car that hit us apologized at the scene and admitted that he was texting. Then he changed his story and his insurance company refused to pay us anything. Mr. Ferguson got the guy to admit that he caused the wreck and got the insurance company to pay. He was great through the whole case. He actually explained stuff to us, took our calls, and genuinely wanted to help. My husband and I highly recommend him!
We hired Corey in nov of 2018 for a case we already has set in feb of 2019 simple cut and dry case ...... he said he would reschedule it to tweek some things. He never did anything he took our money and it is now almost May 2019 and nothing ..... we have now sought legal action against Mr. Ferguson.
Corey took my money on Jan 22nd 2019 and agreed to represent me on a moving violation. As of today, April 3, 2019, not once did he even call the court. The court sent a nasty notice in mid March saying I’d have a warrant issued and my license flagged if I didn’t take care of the ticket fees, so I called Corey. He apologized and said he’d “take care of it.” Getting worried, I called the court in early April to find out he never called, not once! I asked for leniency and found another lawyer.
