Hired Law Firm

I hired Ms. Pearson in March of this year to handle a divorce because my husband walked out in December and left me and my 16 year old son. I did not have a job and she did not ask for any temporary support, I was told all this would be handled when the divorce was final, which was July 31st and I was asked questions by Ms. Pearson in court and expected to answer that were not even pertaining to what I had asked for in the divorce. I have yet to receive my divorce decree or any child support.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
