The Estate Planning Questionnaire, the Plan Draft and the Final Documents are a comprehensive process that insures my wishes are followed. Marcus responded promptly to any questions that I had. His Legal Assistant, Jennifer, provided assistance to my questions regarding document administration and made it a smooth secure process for me to receive the necessary preliminary documents. Marcus and I met three times- first to review and clarify my answers to the questionnaire; 2nd to review the drafts of all the Estate Plan Documents created; and 3rd for me to sign the documents in the presence of two witnesses and have it notarized.
