Marcus has handled our family trust for a number of years. He has kept the trust up do date when laws have been enacted requiring changes to the trust. Recently we initiated some changes which he made in a timely manner. His service included updating the binder that we keep so our records have all the changes made to the trust. His service is excellent and his fees are fair.

I wanted to share the extremely positive experience we had with Marcus Seiter (Seiter Law) in updating our estate planning documents. We had been putting this off for many years and were fortunate to find such a quality and knowledgeable individual to support us throughout the process. Estate planning is one of those things that can feel emotional and overwhelming, but Marcus approached everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism that my wife and I felt at ease from the start. We had an Excellent experience using Seiter Law PLLC to complete our Family Trust. The preparation work on our side was minimal. Only an initial meeting and Final Signing meeting were required. The Trust documents appear to cover any future scenarios that might happen including support of our Grandson with special needs. Along with the trust documents, Wills, POA's, Health Care Powers, and transfer documents were included all in one package at reasonable cost compared to other attorneys. Marcus Seiter was very friendly and informal and answered any questions we had.

Marcus did a fabulous job of helping us wade through all the options while setting up our living trust. He was so knowledgeable and helped us answer questions we did not even know we had. We recently updated our trust and it was such an easy process, thanks to Marcus' guidance.
