I went to a number of firms that did not even try to look at my case. Wenzel Fenton Cabassa ones who actually showed compassion and did review the case. I was represented by Mr. Christopher Saba. He took the time to review the case, clearly explain my options and was patient in guiding me through a very difficult time and process. He worked hard to ensure justice was served and I honestly can say that I felt like he actually cared, which is more than I could say about any of the other firms who should have taken the time to review my case. If I ever learn of anyone else in need of his services I will gladly recommend him due to his proffesionalism, patience and compassion.

I'm still wondering how this firm gets their high reviews. They did nothing for me. They began strong, stating we had a strong wrongful term/whistleblower case, but it quickly went from a team on offense to a team on defense. I knew something was wrong when they wanted me to apply for the job I was just fired from! It was then I realized they had nothing, they folded like a cheap suit to a large corporation. They must have been hard up for the $450 consultation fee. Stay far away.

An average Law Firm with having a Mediocre attorney Cabassa for representation!! The staff was knowledgeable and savvy. However; Cabassa was somewhat arrogant (especially for the amount of little monies received), lacked the professionalism for poor responses regarding my questions and appeared to be non caring at the case end. In fact, his assistant thanked me, as Cabassa lacked the decency!! I would not recommend this Law Firm!!

Mr. Fenton wrote a letter stating to my former employer that he would represent me then he dropped me after they said they would not settle. He would not take to court.

I initially contacted this firm for a possible age discrimination lawsuit. They were very quick to respond when welcoming me as a new client. I talked with one of their representatives and gave them all information, filled out their questionnaire and sent them plenty of supporting documentation. I kept waiting to hear back from them after some supposed review was to occur. I finally had to send them TWO email requests to ask what the status of my case was. They sent me some vaguely worded answer that they might be too busy, or they didnt think the case might cover their expenses, etc etc and referred me to some giant generic site to search for representation. They did nothing but waste my time and probably would have never responded had I not continued to ask them. Very unprofessional. Must not have been enough money for their cut to get involved. Not any firm I would recommend at all - Bob in Jacksonville Florida

I felt like a joke. Please send me my End of Contract letter so I can sign it. They don't care and don't listen. I felt like they are working for defendants. 45% then $500 for this then that'll cost you $500 more but I have gotten not even a demand letter.

I didn't think after going through something horrible at work word end up going through even worse lawyers I hired. Then won my case, they got me 32k abs gave me 5k!!! I wrote a Google review abs was told delete it. These people are snakes with no morals. WALK AWAY before hiring this firm is the SECOND horrible thing you've gone through!

I called only to get a boring uncaring secretary asking so many details that I could have filled it out on the web. She was also asking me marketing questions. Even when I told her that it's a $1 mill employment agreement and I asked to talk to someone she refused and I hung up.
