Mr Fenton is an excellent communicator with great personal skills in the area of wrongful dismissal and discrimination. Always realistic about the possible outcome of the case.{para}From the very beginning we met he guided me in the right direction and provided me with the right answers to all my questions. I have to say that the the right timing on resolving my case was well appreciated proving that Mr Fenton and his team have an excellent appreciation for delivering results in an efficient manner.

Without going into too much detail, I was in a pretty bad spot with my employer. I knew I needed a lawyer, so I contacted a few. Matt Fenton and the team at this law firm were the first to call me back. From the first day, they helped me understand that this was going to be a long road. And it was. But they kept me informed every step of the way. When it was all said in done, all I can say is that I couldn't have made a better choice in hiring them. I highly recommend this law firm to employees.

After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was my husband's law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt he had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was in the range Mr. Cabassa projected. This firm is excellent on return communication; which helps relieve the stress of having to file a lawsuit I would highly recommend.

My initial contact & why I only gave 4 stars for communication and responsiveness is because I was not getting a timely response from internal staff. However, it was a difficult time & as I reflect on it, my stress level was fairly high. Now that it is all over & I can put that chapter behind me, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Tony represented me transparently, and while it was discouraging to hear, I value that integrity he put forth by doing so! Thank you so much, Tony and WFC!!!
