I hired Joe Landy after my first two other law firms failed. Joe was extremely helpful and he always put my interests first. He was very professional, took care of everything, and left us with no worries despite the fact that I was in pain. During the litigation, Joe was always two steps ahead of the insurance defense attorneys. I would absolutely recommend Joe to whoever needs the best attorney.

After my wife died at the hospital, I did not know where to turn. I did not know how I could possibly care for my sons, and I wanted to know what happened to my wife. Thankfully, an attorney I knew referred me to Joe Landy. He was able to prove that my wife died due to medical malpractice, and obtain a recovery that will take care of myself and my kids for the rest of our lives. I cannot say enough about Mr. Landy's legal skills and his kindness. He treated us like family. He is the best.

I cannot begin to say enough about Joe Landy and Gary lesser and the Professional's they are.I lost my son Mitchell in a horrific automobile accident in November of 2015. Joe along with Gary handled the case from start to finish and demanded that i receive the settlement from the insurance company for the "MAXIMUM" policy limit! I would advise anyone whom has an issue to consult with this law firm first.I lost my my only True friend that no one one can ever replace!...but i gained 2 more.

I found him knowledgeable, thorough and very diligent in providing associated professionals and in deposing witnesses.
He was able to secure reimbursement for over $50,000+ in medical expenses and additional compensation for my pain and suffering. The trauma of a Broken Ankle and the ensuing infection and three surgeries and stem cell treatment over a 9 month period until complete recovery was very debilitating. Joseph handled my case with care and professionalism. I highly recommend him.
