Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Anne advised me on an issue with my employer. Anne was always impressively prompt in her responses, offered advice on my handling of the issue, and was overall extremely accessible when I needed her input. All of this without even being on retainer yet, and while she was simply acting as a legal adviser while we waited to see what would happen and if I would need further services from her and her firm. Anne took me very seriously, listened to what I had to say, and made me feel she was invested in a truly best outcome for me with my job, not just rushing to file a suit and go after money. I absolutely would not hesitate to use Anne for future issues of this nature if they should ever rise again.
Anne provided excellent counsel on Title IX and Education law after our daughter was sexually assaulted at school. She helped with the our filing of a Title IX complaint with the US Dept. of Education and partnered effectively with the National Women's Law Center to settle the lawsuit filed on behalf our daughter. Anne's hard work will have a lasting impact on Title IX case law in the Federal courts because of a summary judgment related to deliberate indifference that was granted in the courts.
For me Anne did an excellent job. She kept me in the loop the entire time. She got me more than I expected. She is very direct and to the point, which I greatly appreciated. She is the best. I have recommended her to my friends.
Very detail orientated, with wide open perspective on client options payoff.
I am VERY happy with all services provided by ANNE BUCKLEITNER (and her team). After first few meetings, you can feel she is 100% devoted to help you, to understand your problems. At each appointment, you will see a friendly person who wants, FIRST, to solve your legal problems not only to make money. The price=very convenient. I strongly recommend her services.
Anne was very pleasant to work with.
