What is my case worth in court for bulging disc/aggravation of degenerative disc disease?

Answered by attorney Gregory M Janks (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Gregory M. Janks, P.C.
What kind of case? What are liability facts? In what county in Michigan did injury happen? Who is defendant? What did they do wrong? Who is their insurer? What are the liability limits? What medical treatment and testing have you had? As you can see no lawyer can give you an answer without much more information.

If the car was hit by a stolen vehicle will my insurance not pay for the damages?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Steven Joseph Kalishman (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Steven Kalishman, P.A. Law Offices
If the vehicle was stolen, the owner's insurance company can deny the claim. If you have collision coverage, your company will pay but you'll probably be liable for the first $500 (deductible).

Can I sue a restaurant for a burn?

Personal Injury lawyer at Bernard Huff
Yes, you may. However, you should first find out if that restaurant carried insurance and seek relief by filing a claim.
