What can I do if evidence was destroyed, but I need it for my defense?

What kind of question is this? If its destroyed what CAN you do? Its gone, get over it. Hire an experienced criminal defense who will work with an investigator to mount a defense despite this setback. Depending on the type of evidence, it may not be gone forever.
