I emailed Jonathan Luca twice and never received a response back from him or his office. I purchased a home in St Augustine Shores 8 months ago from Ian Edmondson. He is the current president on the St Augustine Board of Realtors. He and the real estate agent he hired to sell his home deliberately deceived my family and purposely hid a very large crack in the garage floor concrete Foundation, cracks in the bathtub, cracked toilet base from broken base mounting ring, many electrical problems known by Ian Edmondson because circuit breakers and had been tripped and reset so many times they were defective. bathroom tiles and over a dozen holes in the walls and missing floor tile were deliberately hidden from me and Florida property inspectors by using cabinets, temporary countertops and a very large work bench. I have found so many other must fix problems I cannot list them all here. I have been working on this house for 8 months straight without a break. Inspectors refunded my money.
