Founded in 1974, Evans & Mullinix, P.A. assists with numerous legal challenges, including Trusts and Estates issues. From our office in Shawnee, Kansas, the firm's attorneys deliver exceptional counsel and service to clients in Kansas and Missouri.
After many many dollars this estate still ended up in probate. Paperwork was not appropriate and estate sold with a lien on it. The date was changed by the attorney and realtor. Ended up after five trips to court having to hire a private attorney. Do not recommend Tim Evans!!!!
He Did NOT Seem Interested.... So We Are Not Interested Either... NEXT IN LINE PLEASE. We were referred to him as a REAL ESTATE lawyer from ANOTHER lawyer. RealEstate is not listed in his file. No wonder he wasn't Interested or Pleasant the Vibe was off... He would've been better off just referring us elsewhere 🤷
Completely against you!!! Not willing to work with you or be understanding in anyway. I would not recommend this company in any manner. They showed their true colors!!!! Save yourself the troubles!!!!
Nothing good to say about anyone there. The receptionist is rude and everyone else doesn't know how to return a phone call or answer one. Horrible place to deal with.
