One of the best people to work with, you feel welcomed, everyone is friendly, their work is great, and you feel no pressure every work that needs to be done they get it done and put effort and time to get the best out of it. Also in my perspective clients came first, they don't do things without their client not knowing or getting an opinion from them.

After a MVA I had in 2011, I realized very quickly that I was not equipped in terms of time, resources or knowledge to fight for a reasonable settlement on my own. From beginning to end- Matthew Dubin, Rebecca Laliberte and team were incredible. They were attentive, honest, understanding and wonderful all around. I felt that the level of attention and care I was given, couldn't be surpassed. I couldn't have asked for better representation and neither can you!

They seem to be all about a settlement and doing as little work as possible. I had to do most of the work, and then they bailed on my case at a horrible time. Another lawyer took up the case and he worked much harder we did the deposition and I got a settlement. I would never trust this lawyer again with my case, seems like a lazy office.

We wish we knew who this client is so we could reach out to try to remedy this situation. Unfortunately, some cases simply don't justify the risk and expense of litigation. We're glad this person found someone who could help and we wish them the best.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
