I simply had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Rebecca LaLiberte was incredibly professional, understanding, determined, and clear minded; she neither overstating or understated the possibilities. She and her support team, especially Melanie Cron, did an exemplary job communicating in a timely and effective manner. The patient was required to resolve some ongoing medical issues, the entire case was resolved with very satisfactory outcomes, where all expenses were paid and the fullest award that could be secured for me, was secured.

I had the pleasure of having Tim from Dubin law firm represent me with my car accident and I am truly beyond thankful and blessed. About 7 months ago I was driving home from work and was blindsided on the freeway from a motorist that felt laws did not apply to them. The motorist was ultimately found at found and cited but spent a good amount of time trying to convince the police and the insurance company that this accident was caused by me. Having Matt currently representing my father, I had asked him if he could connect me with an associate to review my case as I felt it was to small to bother any attorney about. Tim immediately contacted me and we spent several hours talking about my case. Right away I knew Tim was going to be the man for the job based upon his courtesy and explanation of every question I had. 15 months post my MVA where I was hit by a truck as a pedestrian, I officially closed my case on 3/27/19. I highly recommend this firm to all my friends and family if you ever need one. My attorney Josh Campbell and his team went above and beyond to take care of me and my case to make sure I got the proper settlement for the physical and emotional suffering I endured from the accident. It was very helpful to have a team that took care of you when you are trying to recover from the shock.
