There were repeated delays and hearings were pushed back multiple times without clear progress. Communication was inconsistent, and I was often asked to resend the same information. At times, I felt I was doing a substantial portion of the work myself, including reviewing and correcting documents. I was billed for extensive communication that did not move my case forward, which added unnecessary cost and stress. 600 dollars for nothing. I also experienced a lack of organization, and on more than one occasion, there appeared to be internal issues within the office that affected professionalism.
In my opinion, Jonathan is the ambulance chasers of family law attorneys. Unethical and opportunistic--only concerned with how much "chaos" he can cause that then he has to bill clients to clean up. The absolute "king" of excuses for lack of his performance. Takes FOREVER to respond (if ever) as a way to draw out the representation in order to charge clients more fees. Do yourself a favor and choose ANYONE else other than Jonathan.
