In my experience, Melissa Duchene is very good at explaining the process, risks and how the case is likely to play out. I could tell the board investigator respects her and likes working with her. And I always felt Melissa genuinely cares about me and my family and was thinking about our best interests. She did a great getting the investigation closed without any kind of discipline. Our son got charged in an unfair legal matter that was blown way out of proportion. We were fortunate to have Mr Aref handling the case. He explained everything very clearly in language we all could understand. And he was great at helping us see the forest through the trees and find our way out of the mess. We were all very impressed with Kareem's background and how the DA worked with him. In the end he was able to get the case dismissed.
