Aside from the terrible experience of being struck by an auto as a pedestrian(not recommended activity)...broken neck, gashed skull, fractured ribs and that,'s just bring first wave questions, scenarios, decisions, self advocacy, clinical needs, financial obligations... James and his crew were (are) hugely capable, informative, empathetic and cogently positioned me for fruitful success. While working with James McKiernan Lawyers, I felt that the process of filing a claim was very well explained. I was concerned about how the medical bills and my personal Insurance would be affected with higher rates , however McKiernan Firm kept the claim process moving forward and assured that all of my expenses were paid by the opposing Insurance .
