Working with James McKiernan and his Team was the easiest part of my accident. James McKiernan has made it his goal to make sure his client's are cared for; whether in his office, online, or in court. Further, he and his Team are upfront and honest with their best intentions for you, as the client. In fact, when I was injured in a bad fall, I was able to avoid going in right away; everything at the beginning was done online and by mail. And, when I was able to personally come into the office, I felt the support from the moment I walked in. That is why, if any of my friends or family get hurt, I will be able to offer my support to them by having them call The Law Offices of James McKiernan.

Two great assets to the firm are Administrative Assistant, Oscar Ortega, and their outstanding Paralegal, Claire Rowe! Every time I called or email the office they were professional, friendly, and very efficient. The waiting period to settle a case can often cause anxiety; doubts and "what ifs" may cross one's mind. Recently I found the need for legal assistance, and as I have heard many great things about the McKiernan law firm, I contacted their office. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and quality of the McKiernan Law Firms staff, namely, Mr Robert Bell, and the quality of their work. I called to get information and a consultation, thinking that it would require a lengthy discussion and probably paper work, and of course a fee. Indeed after a short phone consultation with Mr Bell, I had all the information I needed and knew which direction I needed to go, for no cost.
