Thanks for all your help and hard work on my case. I would doubt that anyone could have achieved the same kind of results that you did. It's a nice feeling knowing that I have wonderful attorneys and their assistants watching out for me. thanks to all of your office staff. They are always kind and efficient, a great combination. Thank you for taking my case. It was the best gift ever.
Avoid this office, I wouldn't bother posting a review, if I didn't think it was important enough! This attorney has absolutely no problem taking your money, but will do everything in his power, to take your last dollar! And still not have a clue what's going on with your case, big talk , small action!
IF you value your sanity, you will avoid this attorney at all costs! No matter how good he makes it sound, after you pay him the retainer fee! He will do absolutely nothing! Unless you call him, then he will charge you for doing that! He will take billable hours to a whole new level! Please please do not think of this post as vindictive, I'm actually trying to do public service! And you'll probably never know, how lucky you were to listen to it! But I promise you, if you hire him , you'll wish you had listened! Thax
This attorney's vulgarity is despicable, and affects his ability to represent a client, effectively! Therefore jeopardizing our case ! His judgment is also something we couldn't anticipate!!! Very poor judgment, and mentally challenged when dealing with opposing council, and judicial officers of the court! Again I can't possibly put our whole experience on here, but it has been such! I feel an obligation to warn the public! Even if it means I have to deal with the embarrassing unfounded, SLANDEROUS response from him, as he has in the past!
Working with Mr. Hogan was the worst mistake I’ve had in my divorce. He was unprepared and good at filing continuances and billing me for it. He accomplished nothing, but taking my money. His first act as my attorney wants to file a continuance and send me $900 bill is second act as an attorney for me was to file a continuance and send me $900 bill. His third act was to hire a different attorney to show up to court to file a continuance and that was it. I was done with him
-0 stars if available! Absolutely by far , the most unprofessional human being , to hold a degree I've seen in years! I have yet to see someone, that is not committed, (mental) have so many moodswings, and irrational moments, actually more frightening because, you handed over a large sum of money, before the moods could actually be seen! Had I seen them , I would have ran... my first visit, something told me to hold off, but I decided to go back, and to my surprise, he had started on discovery, without formal contract, and told me I had a feeling, you'd be back! For what I took , is he's on the ball. Absolutely not , he went on a mission to do things for trial, but at the end decided I'm not going to merced, I hate merced!... so instead of filing in correct jurisdiction, he filed in Stanislaus County! We had already given him , a huge retainer, so he would have to fix it.... not a chance, the damage, and quality of work went , from bad to worst! .... without remors
