Divorce is hard - make sure you make the right choices in who is representing you. Dads have a tough time with the courts - make sure you are informed and you know your rights. Debra has been on my side since day 1. She is amazing - so talented and knowledgeable. I am grateful to her and her team for their help.

I hired Debra Schoenberg before COVID hit. I was impressed from the start - she has confidence, her skills and experience are great. I was very nervous as our visits quickly turned to virtual due to the pandemic. Her office not only made this seamless for me but they provided advice on how to work through my situation while dealing with quarantine. I was very happy with the results.

I retained Debra at Schoenberg Law to help me with a divorce proceeding that needed to be finalized after a long process with another attorney. The team was great - they were very professional and engaged throughout the process. Only met in person once which was great due to COVID. I would highly recommended working with them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
