I worked with John Oliver under Bill Lally regarding Condo Law questions for our HOA Association. John Oliver was very responsive. He discussed the initial quesitons provided by email to make sure he understood the scope and problem we were trying to solve. He was up front with an estimate, provided a timely engagement letter, and a reasonable timeline to complete the work. John Oliver is a great communicator keeping me posted on the work completed and the cost accrued. The work product was exactly what we needed and he called to explain it to ensure there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend John Oliver to neighboring HOAs and I would reach out to him again if we need an HOA attorney in the future. Darren was extremely knowledgable in explaining the basic concept of Estate Planning. He was also very attentive to our needs, and with his legal expertise set up a Joint Living Trust tailored to meet our intentions. I would highly recommend using him for this service.

I consulted with Robert D. Mitchell to request a legal opinion and representation on a challenge associated with restrictive covenants. Robert was extremely well versed on the underlying legal issues, took the time in advance of our preliminary call to research the facts of our situation and ultimately advise us to seek a firm located and specialized in the applicable out-of-state forum cited by the employment contract in question. I have been working with Tim on several legal matters over the past few years. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
