Robert Mitchell has been an invaluable guide and a reliable resource throughout our fifteen-year association. He expertly navigated a case in which I had to sue my 10-year-plus employer when an in-house financial advisor mistakenly inactivated the guaranteed step-up on my annuity. In FINRA arbitration, Robert fought hard as my equalizer against the big bank, and his diplomatic skills allowed their dignity to remain intact, thus enabling my continued employment with them to this day. In fact, he and his team have saved me several times over the years expertly handling litigious matters involving real estate, lenders, insurance claims, and contractors. I highly recommend Robert for his expertise, his particularly good care, and above all for his second-to-none integrity.

Attorney Alisa Gray and her staff were phenomenal in representing us with our Dads Conservatorship 8 years ago as well as recently with our Successor Co-guardianship. Richard led our bad faith suit against our insurance company that denied a significant claim required for home repairs after a pipe burst in our home. Richard is an expert on bad faith claims and proved that expertise in helping to win our claim against a top insurance company. Richard led our legal team over 18 months and was able to negotiate a fair settlement for us at a reasonable cost. Gaya helped me win a case against a giant that I thought my small business could not handle. They were vicious and used unethical tactics against small black owners! Gaya was tactful, knowledgeable, professional, patient, trustworthy, dedicated, loyal and honest. She did not hesitate to be forthcoming. She stood in one of our meetings for two hours in louboutins! I could never forget how I kept thinking, if her feet was hurting. That’s when I knew she was vicious but humble and a force to be reckoned! We won litigations and that caused changes in policies and procedures. She not only helped me but other businesses that contracted with the tyrannical giant! Gaya answered my calls day/night helping me brainstorm! She listened attentively that she was able to find clues that helped us win our cases! She’s in it for the long haul! Richard is a superb lawyer with the experience, and skill to find the Achilles heel of the case, drive hard into it to obtain a very favorable settlement. He is smart, ethical, aggressive and very cost conscious, with the nick name "Bulldog" which is well deserved. I am also an attorney with over 40 years of trial experience, so consider the source. One of my companies had a complex multidefendant construction case which was filed by Sacks Tierney, PA., a firm by which I was very disappointed. Richard took the case over on the eve of trial, got up to speed very efficiently, filed a barrage of pretrial pleadings, and forced a very favorable resolution in mediation. Richard is a good example of how every trial lawyer should conduct themselves. I would give him six stars if that was an option.
