Gabriel was short, inconsiderate, and ignorant of the facts I was sharing. He informed me of some of the issues I am facing with regard to the situation I called about, however when it came down to resolution, he basically blew me off.

Todd Weiler is a terrible attorney. Spent 20 thousand dollars in litigation with a slam dunk case. He missed hearings by being on vacation, communication was poor with the smallest amount said to pacify. During opening arguments he lacked in knowledge of our case, arguments were weak, and painful to read in comparison to the other parties attorneys One particular large party offered a settlement to be let out of the case, all he told us was that at least that would pay for going to litigation (fill his pockets). We should have never taken the settlement, they were the main reason the situation happened. This case was an easy win in all parties involved, but once we started with him we were stuck on a train going toward a wall. We hopped for the best, I fought for him hoping he would pull through in some way. He did nothing but take our money, and lost all of our cases. Stay far away from Todd Weiler, there’s no customer reviews for him for a reason.

Christensen and Jensen website is made to believe that these people actually care about their clients and maybe want to actually help people. This could not be further from the truth. When you are not paying someone from the beginning and they are hired under making money from a portion of any money won by the client it already begins with you not really being in control of your own legal case. Zack did what he wanted when he wanted to. He did not care to listen to information that he did not find valuable. I was under a large amount of stress and Zack would make fun of me telling me that I was emotionally unstable and how if he had to put me on the witness stand I would be a mess. I had real emotion as I was really badly hurt in the workplace and was fired over it when I came forward. I suffer from extreme PTSD from all of this and Zack made me feel more horrible. You do not want an attorney that has no heart and soul and if you have any illness he will use it against you.

This guy is a total boob. It is clear to us now how little effort he put forth and it really appears he did not read anything relevant to our case to help us with the judge. He clearly does not understand construction law. Hire this numbskull at your own risk. I feel he used us to collect billable hours to make partner at this lawfirm. It is unfortunate Todd is allowed to practice law. Communication with Todd is horrible.

Todd Weiler is not competent-the appeals court said as much when they said he invited the error and it is our fault for hiring an inept attorney. He turned a $1500 lien from a guy pretending to be an electrician and turned it into a $250k legal fees we get to pay because of his negligence! What should I expect from a guy that told me I had to hand write my will as a notarized typed will is “useless” in Utah. He also told us to clean out our accounts to avoid the garnishment that he caused by telling us it was a 10percent fee for the bond which turned out not to be true and we really needed $90k. Rather than pick up the phone he just allowed his unlicensed receptionist handle our accounts being garnished. All and all Utah civil courts need help but they are not getting any when we have officers of the court like Todd. He is inept and likely should not have a law license, but either way I strongly suggest running before allowing him or firm yo represent you!

Kara Porter was recommended by a Utah politician neighbor to my wife. My wife was falsely arrested by Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Zach Todd. My wife won her case in two courts that threw out the entire case against her based on unconstitutionality of the stop and the unlawful arrest. Kara was contacted and was sent the documents and all associated paperwork. She immediately called my wife and agreed to “ represent “ her. When my wife got the paperwork there were absolutely ZERO provisions for her and the only compensatory language was for Kara. Kara was extremely unprofessional calling me “ dude” and essentially telling my wife that Utah police cannot be sued for misconduct because of a 2017 Qualified Immunity law. I am a retired career police officer who absolutely knows that our individual God goven Constitutional rights cannot be trumped by any state legislature or court ruling. My wife has endured 5 years of constant harrassment and stress and malicious prosecution by prps

Horrible service and communication from this firm. In the end they pushed a settlement number not because it made sense, but because the lawyer handling the case was not prepared and her easy out was to get us to resolve the matter. After settlement we hear nothing from the firm for 8 months when we get a $5,000 bill emailed. I would not use this firm for anything more than small claims court, even then I'd only use them of you want to be overcharged.
