Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Kara Porter was recommended by a Utah politician neighbor to my wife. My wife was falsely arrested by Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Zach Todd. My wife won her case in two courts that threw out the entire case against her based on unconstitutionality of the stop and the unlawful arrest. Kara was contacted and was sent the documents and all associated paperwork. She immediately called my wife and agreed to “ represent “ her. When my wife got the paperwork there were absolutely ZERO provisions for her and the only compensatory language was for Kara. Kara was extremely unprofessional calling me “ dude” and essentially telling my wife that Utah police cannot be sued for misconduct because of a 2017 Qualified Immunity law. I am a retired career police officer who absolutely knows that our individual God goven Constitutional rights cannot be trumped by any state legislature or court ruling. My wife has endured 5 years of constant harrassment and stress and malicious prosecution by prps
