Hired Attorney Gilbert Stein

He does communicate. He won't respond to a phone call. I have to fax his partners office to get him to call me and when he finally does, I usually have to talk to his paralegal. She is rude as hell. He doesn't care that I can't work and that I have a family. He just wants to get his money. He won't take payments but he expects me to. He won't fight for me. He accepted a settlement without my knowledge and then conned me into signing the paper stating that iit wasn't really a settlement.He SUCKS!

I signed on with the attorney and specifically stated I wanted my case resolved by December From April to November no resolution. I went to to dismiss that attorney and he send me a letter that he filed a lien for 7500.00 dollars mind you I went to the office 4 times and received a total of 6 letters when calling the office his receptionist hung up on me right after she said you dismissed us Wow that's professional EIBk71

The communication and responsiveness is terrible. You are at the mercy of the paralegals, who may or may not give you correct information, can be disrespectful, and do not return calls in a timely manner (not days, weeks). These people seem burned out and not at all compassionate to what you, as the injured client, are going through. The worker's comp. system is horrible to deal with, and being represented by this firm does not make this process easier.

We Retained legal advise from Attorney McKenna. I should have known how this was going to turn out. On our very first appointment, we met with the paralegal Maria. I guess she is to busy never returns calls or emails. My father has been with out medical attention since Oct. they cut his work comp benefits. And no doctor in the medical provider list wants to see him. And we have an attorney for what reason????
