Don't fall for these 5 star fabricated reviews. I hired Chris Parkhurst Law Firm to assist me in a criminal case. I was told by Chris that it will cost me $2500 for him to fight my case, which I paid immediately. He sent me confirmation and paperwork using a Gmail account which seemed suspicious. He told me not to show up to the court and he will represent me on that day. I did not hear anything back from him on or after the court date so decided to call him, someone named Andy answered and said they could not find my files or any paperwork during the court day and asked me to call back a week later. I decided on my own to go to Sherriff's office and contact the District Attorney's office and they told me there were no charges filed against me. I contacted the attorney's office back and a lady answered and said Chris will call me back, have not heard back from the guy. So basically I paid $2500 but there was no case filed against me, this law firm did not care to find out what happened
I hired the Chris Parkhurst Law Firm for a criminal case, paying $2500 upfront. The communication seemed suspicious as it was through a Gmail account. The firm instructed me not to show up to court, promising to represent me. After not hearing back from the firm following the court date, I contacted them, only to be told that no files or paperwork could be found. I then independently verified with the Sheriff's office and District Attorney's office that no charges were filed against me. Despite attempts to follow up with the firm, I did not receive any further communication or refund. I warn others to avoid this law firm and suspect that there may be others who have had similar experiences but are afraid to speak up due to the firm's legal status.
