Darby Law Practice firmly believes that bankruptcy is an important legal tool available for the honest, but unfortunate, debtor. Most bankruptcy cases are the result of matters completely outside of an individual's control, including loss of a job or income, a medical emergency or a divorce.

Since its founding in 2008, Darby Law Practice has focused its practice on representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy and in various dealings with creditors. The firm files primarily Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Darby Law Practice is an outstanding firm. They have so much knowledge and their staff is very friendly and very welcoming. I was nervous when it came to actually file, but from start to finish, I always felt like Darby Law Practice valued my case. The Staff always made me feel comfortable when answering questions. The attorneys at Darby Law Practice really helped my family through a hard financial time. They were always there to answer my questions and guide me. My husband and I filed a chapter 13 through Darby Law Practice in 2008. Our filing was quick and they held our hands the entire time. The Chapter 13 filing allowed us to start over with some dignity and pay our debt through the Bankruptcy court with manageable monthly payments. We even qualified in year 4 of our 5 year Chapter 13 filing for a mortgage on a new home and a 4.25% interest rate. We have fully paid the Bankruptcy Court. Our future is much brighter than it was 5 years ago.
