When I needed help for my situation and was seeking legal action I found this law firm as the highest rated and decided to contact them. I was very nervous as this was the first time I'd ever needed a lawyer and the process was a breeze. From the intake and the first meeting, everything was explained thoroughly. The lawyers were very determined and made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. Any question I ever had was answered, even if they were on vacation! Their attentiveness, knowledge, the thoroughness, how direct they are and the level of professionalism is beyond anything I've ever could have imagined. I couldn't have been more appreciative. Landlord and Tenant Law

Christian McOmber assisted in the eviction/return of property that is critical in sale of a duplex. I had a tenant that had stopped paying rent (pre-covid). Initially, Christian emphasized to the tenant the legal responsibilities, and partial payments were being made (something is better than nothing). The tenant continued to fall behind till it was obvious they would not catch up. Christian worked with her in getting relief from programs that became available during COVID and ensured the payments came to me. In the end, he negotiated an agreement for her to leave before a formal legal eviction process was required (and additional time and expenses). In all dealings with the tenant - he kept a calm and "here are the facts" (I would have been saying things I'm sure I would regret later). This was not the first time I have used Christian to assist with landlord/tenant issues - and have returned as he has proven to be invaluable in getting to a final objective.

Christian & Jeff were able to review the document and meet with me to explain the details in a way I could easily understand, all within the short deadline. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
