Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. From the beginning, I knew I made and excellent choice in selecting Mr. Luber's law firm (McOmber, McOmber & Luber) when I was given an excellent group of attorneys to fight for me. Mr. Luber offered compassion, guidance, knowledge that ultimately won my case! I am completely satisfied and overwhelmingly grateful.
Matt was lead attorney, and when he took me on as a client, employment cases like mine were not so appealing. But he believed in the merits of my case, and in me. I had a great relationship with Matt—honest, transparent, and at times we disagreed. But Matt helped me, as a non-lawyer and someone emotionally invested in my own case, to see things through a realistic legal lens to make the best decisions, which is what happened. “Trust the process” he would advise me. I must admit, just about everything he said came true! Lastly, Matt is a fighter. He will put the legal gloves on (or take them off!) to fight for your best outcome.
Mr. Luber has outstanding negotiation skills. He is very meticulous, consistent, and reliable while doing his homework. Nothing gets out of sight for him. He is very specific explaining all possible outcomes. Without a doubt, Mr. Luber is highly recommended.
Matt and his team are professional and reliable, skilled and very responsive. The team was clear and demonstrated they are knowledgable in the field they represent and answered all my questions timely. They were also compassionate and well organized.
You want an attorney that is quick to respond, diligent, calm under pressure, influential, and passionate. Matthew Luber checks all of these boxes. He is able to successfully tow a very fine line of professionalism and expertise, while also being careful not to speak over your head and discuss topics and options at a very 'human' level. Matthew's experience and success has allowed him to become very influential in this arena, and the respect he's earned from colleagues and other firms is immediately felt in the room. You could argue that this is the most important asset when hiring an attorney, and Matthew possesses this in abundance. I HIGHLY recommend Matthew and MML. You're in very capable hands with this firm.
