Hired Attorney Mr. Peter D. Valenzano

Peter D. Valenzano is hands down the best employment attorney I've worked with. As an HR professional who's worked with dozens of firms and lawyers, that says a lot! Peter immediately makes his clients feel at ease -- this is incredibly critical since you'll typically work with him when going through a difficult professional situation. His communication is stellar and he's a true partner with every single client. I've occasionally worked with Valerie Mayzelshteyn and she is just as impressive as Peter. Hired Attorney Mr. Peter D. Valenzano

I was looking for a lawyer to review an employment related agreement. I found several legal firms searching online and contacted several. McOmber and McOmber were very responsive and I was able to get my document looked at right away. Peter Valenzano was good to work with, was very responsive. And we are in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic now and he was still responsive. I would definitely use him again.

The lawyers in the staff were very accommodating and helpful in explaining the legal aspects of my case. They were aggressive enough to get a settlement without having to go through the expense of court. I would recommend them to anyone who has a dispute with their employer.

Tyler and Matt are truly my heroes. I know that sounds pretty extreme however when someone protects, fights, and helps in the way they have helped me, it becomes clear. Words cannot express how much I appreciate them. I've always been told that "lawyers won't hold hands". That is the furthest from what my experience was with this firm, in particular Tyler. He expressed such patience with me in every step of the way. He is kind, compassionate, and beyond articulate. He went above and beyond for me at every turn and possible situation. I did not communicate as much with Matt, but when I did, it was abundantly clear he was exactly the same. Such intelligent, sharp and extremely competent men. I could not imagine ever trusting anyone else other than Matt and Tyler. If you are considering retaining them, I promise you, it is the best decision you could make!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
