Hired Law Firm

Jessalyn Santiago very rude attorney over the phone. The way she talk on the phone was NOT Professional. She got upset asking question over a claim for a client today. I do not recommend this office at all.

had an absolutely horrible experience with the paralegal staff. I submitted information about an incident that another law office referred them. I was contacted by Dina, she only asked one question and as i was trying to answer the phone became disconnected. I called the number and was told she was on another call and that she would call me back. She had no intention of calling me back. I called immediately after we were disconnected. That call never happened. I received a text and an email stating that my case was not accepted. I called the number agian. Dian started lying as if she actually talked to me. I tried to make a complaint because of her lying, Dina put me on hold for 8 minutes. I called again and Stephanie answered, i asked how do I file a complaint about a staff member. She went on this wild goose chase. She changed my words and tried to deflect the reason of my calls. It was the most unprofessional interaction with an law firm.

My experience with this law firm was anything but enjoying. at first I thought they was going to be ok but for my accident they never would inform me on anything that was going on they would never call me back I had to do most of the paper work run down bills for my case it took two years to get my settlement and it was nothing what was given to me and I almost gave up on getting anything.they kept most of it for the fees for themselves. the whole process was like being in a hellish nightmare where I thought was never going to end.so my recommendation is to NEVER USE this law firm for anything not unless you love being in a never ending nightmare and doing all the leg work just for them to keep your money except for a small amount.Dont give yourself the headache.
