The legal aide works above and beyond at her duties in my opinion but it would be nice to talk with the case worker or and attorney at least one time one on one so that you get the feeling of a more personal relationship with all the people that are handling your case.

Marcari• Russotto • Spencer • Balaban lawfirm has been a great help to me. I needed to file a veteran service-connected claim. I was met with several denials from the VA, so I discovered this firm. Up to this point, I am satisfied with their professionalism. All that remains to be seen, are the final results of their representation (I was told a success rate of >90%). I well post the final results of my claim, in hopes that it will have a positive outcome.

I should have written this long ago. Unortunately not only did thinking about having to deal with them bring back terrible shakes, I have been so busy dealing with doctors on the days I can crawl out of bed I didn't have time. Never hire them!

After initial meeting w/ firm rep 3/14, never heard from appointed rep. Only communication with me was the paralegal. I sent emails to Negotiator (5/14) and Attorney (6/14) w/concerns of continual health issues, w/no response.Jul 2nd rcvd ltr that demand pkg was sent to insurance company on my behalf and could take 60 days for response. I waited past 60 days, heard nothing. 5 Sep emailed again to all.I'm told it's too late to seek further treat cause it wouldn't look good and offer is on table

They don't care about there clients just what they can get out of it can't get attorney to call back I don't recommend this law firm to anyone we made a horrible mistake allowing them to pursue our case when looking for attorney put this firm at the bottom of the list throw it in trash because that's how they will treat you
