I can't recommend Michelle A. Caiola highly enough. Michelle was professional, empathetic, highly communicative and understanding of the position I was in. Michelle and her team (from intake through to settlement) listened to me and then advocated for me consistently during a highly stressful time. Each time I received an email or call from Michelle I was reassured and made to feel empowered and comfortable. I am so grateful for the legal services Gregory Kirschenbaum has provided me. I am a new mother and needed his help shortly after my baby was born. The situation was not ideal to say the least. I discovered Phillips and Associates from a similar situation I read about on their website. I knew I needed some type of legal help but had no idea where to begin. I called and was referred to Greg who has been such a blessing to my family and I. Working with Phillips & Associates was amazing! This firm is very attentive ,handled every issue in my case with determination. My case was tough ,but attorney Shawn Clark did a fantastic job in fighting for my rights. Shawn and this firm were able to handle the case in a reasonable amount of time, I would even say it was resolved quickly, and for a substantial amount. These attorneys and their assistants did an excellent job at managing my case , they were able to handle the case in under a year and the end result is something I am very happy with. I am completely satisfied with their work and I highly recommend this firm to anybody who needs assistance with arrestment and discrimination, they get the job done.

The Philips and Associates Law Firm is a group of people that I know I can always rely on. I have worked with other firms and they will either jerk you around or ignore you when you have questions. There was never a time I was unable to reach Gregory Calliste Jr. or Yusha Hiraman when I had questions. Assistance during the case was outstanding, I felt I always had someone on my side and I could always have my concerns resolved.
