I hired the firm to help with my foreclosure, after attempting and failing the modification multiple times. It was a lot of work, fighting with the bank and being organized with documents needed to be submitted. But we made it through and finally was able to save my home with the modification process. I am so thankful that I chose this firm, and working with the staff countless hours was very well worth it. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for saving my home for me!!!! Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Rosie Gonzalez was nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru the foreclosure loan modification from start to finish, Rosie kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were.
