SAD TO SAY BUT WE HIRED AMERIHOPE ALLIANCE TO HANDLE OUR FORECLOSURE CASE. WE HAD HIGH HOPES BUT LITTLE DID WE KNOW THAT THE POWERS THAT BE AT THA FIRM WERE GOING TO ASSIGN MISS. YANG TO US. THIS LADY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF ALLOWING US TO MEET IN PERSON. EVEN NOW WHEN TAKEN BY SURPRISE BY PLAINTIFFS FILING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT MISS YANG HAD NO STRATEGY OTHER THAN "I CAN BUY YOU SOME TIME IF YOU AGREE TO TURN OVER THE TITLE TO THE MTG. COMPANY" AND WHEN WE INSISTED TO MEET IN PERSON AT HER OFC SHE AND HER STAFF KEPT COMING UP WITH LAME EXCUSES NOT TO FACE US IN PERSON. AS WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING "COMPENTENT/AGGRESSIVE REPRESENTATION" WE JUST LEARNED THAT THERE WAS NO AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE, EVEN THOUGH ONE WAS PROMISTED. AND SHE NOT EVEN A CHALLENGE THE BANK NOTE POCCESION AND MOST IMPORTANT, DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW OUR LAST REQUEST WHEN FILING THE WITHDRAWL MOTION. I STRONGLY RECOMMENT THAT ANYONE CONSIDERNG THIS FIRM, LOOK REAL HARD FOR OTHER ATTORNEYS.
