Although it only took about eight months for my Social Security Disability claim to be approved it took over two years for me to receive my VA Disability. The wait time for my VA claim to be processed wasn't really my major concern. However, trying to get through to this company on the telephone, or get a return call after leaving a message, is virtually impossible. They will give every excuse imaginable for you not being able to get through to them on the phone. They just don't want to answer!
Overall the staff was OK in the telecommunication area.However,you do not hear from or speak to an Attorney until the 3rd level of ALJ.The Attorney demands you to appear 2 hours before your actual appointment to review your file.She then appears 2 minutes before the ALJ review.The only comments from her before the meeting was your file is large.I obtained representation in 2009,my case was reviewed at the ALJ level in October 2012.I basically feel that the outcome would have been same w/o them.
