LaVan and Neidenberg, P.A. is a law firm with an office in Plantation, FL. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing automobile accidents, personal injury, social security and 4 other areas of law.
The case is ongoing, so I can't be too descriptive. I am happy with their services, however.
I did get my Social Security Disability very fast. I was told it would take about 2 years to get approved and they got it for me in 14 months. That is very fast I think.
They were slow to respond to phone calls. I myself did most of the paperwork. I was required to secure documentation of medical proof, and they did not attend meetings with the Social Security Administration.
They have done more for me in 3 weeks than my old Atty!!!!
After signing up with these people and sending my information for my Hearing Appeal, they called and said that although they had made the deadline, they heard from the SSA that the Reconsideration had not been filed although it had. I had sent that determination to the firm and as of today, I was notified that they've lost that paperwork. Note of course that they've returned pharmacy originals to me that were included in the same envelope with the determination that they've lost.
You never get to speak to the Attorney after the court date, no matter what, the Attorney is never available. They leave you in the dark, not really knowing what's happening
I've been dealing with levin and neidenberg now going on 4 years since 2010 in August of 2013 I was given a case manager who finally asked me about my case and asked for information regarding my claim, and shortly after that, without notice my case manager quit, and is wasn't informed until I called, thoroughly disgusted with the lack of service and deceit that I have been through in these 4 years, don't waste your time here, I regret getting involved with this law firm.
