Absolutely terrible. I made a huge mistake drinking and driving, but the only bigger misstake in my life was hiring an attorney to defend it. It was all roses and promises and good news until I paid the money. Then it was "oh well there isn't much we can do, let just take a plea deal." Nearly $8,500 paid for absolutely nothing!!
Very expensive and now my credit is no good. I keep getting letters offering to buy cars new & used , even checks of various amounts to use toward purchase. I don't need a new car, I need $1000.00 to buy a new computer, pay bills I'm behind on that kind of stuff, not buying something I already know I can't afford.
Poor company.
I felt like I was pushed to file a BK the very day I came in for a consult. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. It didn't feel like I was given an option to go home and review all that was discussed in order to make an informed decision regarding filing for BK.
I only had a Mr. Dudley represent me. Didn't explain much, had legal papers mailed to us without any explanation, charged us way too much money (remember we are bankrupt) Just a terrible experience. Mr Dudley ended up not working for this firm 3/4 of the way thru our bankruptcy.
they took my original money up-front then (houdini) more or less as far as communication
just have poor communication
