Hired Attorney Mr. Mervyn Braude

I was getting killed by my ex-wifes layer. In our first court appearance, apposing council was clearly the alpha dog. On the advice of my sister (a law student) I changed layers to Mervyn. In the first settlement conference he turned my ex-wifes layer into a little lamb. Mervyn eloquently argued, called BS, and turned the tables on apposing council. We were able to complete my divorce (21 years marriage, 5 kids) within 7 months. My Ex refers to him as "your law shark" and completly hates him.

Hired Attorney Mr. Mervyn Braude

I have a pending misconduct of counsel case against Mervyn T. Braude Esq with the Arizona Bar Association that has been approved for further investigation by an ABA case manager; who is also a certified attorney. I have worked with Jaburg and Wilk for over ten years, and referred many people their way. Had I known what I know now, I would not have. I would strongly recommend not to retain Mervyn Braude or his firm Jaburg and Wilk.

Mervyn has got to be the most rediculous lawyer I have had the pleasure to deal with. He will completely sabotage his own case if you allow him to...just sit back and watch the show!! He's unprofessional, very unintelligent, a male chauvinist and I wish I could say if you wanted to get back at your ex, hire him, but seriously he will just cost you a fortune and get you nowhere..don't waste your money!! He even destroyed his own wife's reputation in front a judge she works with! Braude = FRAUD!

Mervyn is a complete Fraud. Did not listen, did not communicate, did not file papers I signed, gives frequent $700 remedial math classes, talks down to women, insists I was not in abusive marriage even though I had been in ER 2x's. Unaccountable, Sat on court paperwork 40 days & then gave to me day it was due. I kept asking if I needed to prepare, he said we would discuss at next meeting, next meeting I again tried to establish my needs, rudely cut off & given math lesson.
COMPLETE SCAMMER!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
