Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Attorney Brian Sloan has recently defended me on a d.u.i. case. I can't say enough about the representation I received. Mr. Sloan was 100 percent professional, knowledgeable and well known and respected by all prosecuting attorneys. He attained me a ridiculously great plea, well beyond what was believable and that I deserved. I recommend Attorney Brian Sloan to anyone and everyone. JB
I wholeheartedly recommend Brian Sloan to anyone seeking legal counsel for DUI in Tempe, Arizona. I immediately went online and started researching attorneys. I reached out to Brian Sloan, who got back to me right away and provided me with a sense of relief. He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and most importantly, reassured my son that his life was not over. Brian guided my son throughout the entire process, kept us updated, and was always available to answer our questions at any given time. Thanks to Brian, my son faced no jail time, no license suspension, no ignition interlock device, and did not have to get SR22 high-risk insurance. We are forever grateful and absolutely recommend Brian to anyone who needs representation. Brian truly saved my sons future. J. L. A.
Attorney Sloan was able to plea down my Extreme DUI with expertise, confidence, a perfect plan and execution. He took a highly stressful situation for me and walked me thru it step by step. I highly recommend his services!
Brian is amazing and has helped me out significantly on my case. He explains and communicates everything very well. We all make mistakes and he shows that he truly cares and wants you to improve on yourself. He stood by me at my final court date, which can be intimidating standing in front of a Judge, but Brian took all the pressure off me and we thoroughly went over my whole case before going in. Thank you again Brian -V.C
B Sloan represented me in a DUI case in Buckeye AZ. Approach was professional & skilled. Phased payment plan made it east to understand progress. Concise FAQ’s ensured communication. Only had to appear at sentencing which was fair, honest & financially reasonable. Highly recommended.
From the first phone call Brian made me feel comfortable about my situation. He explained the process that he was going to take with my case and kept me up to date throughout its duration. The decision of choosing a lawyer is difficult one when there are so many. Hiring Brian was the best decision I made and I highly recommend anyone requiring a great defense lawyer to employ him. He's highly knowledgeable and incredibly respectful. He was very accessible and able to respond quickly to my questions whenever I reached out to him. He helped me get the best deal in my case and I'm sure he can do the same for you.
When I was searching for a DUI attorney, I interviewed half a dozen lawyers. Brian Sloan stood out immediately as the obvious choice. He listened well and understood the particulars of my case, he informed me of my rights and told me what I could expect. Out of all the others, he came off as the most intelligent, knowledgeable, intellectually honest, and ethical. Also likable. I am incredibly glad I chose him. Because of his expertise and diligence, my case had BY FAR the best possible outcome, and I don't think anyone else could have done it. Brian kept me well-informed every step of the way. He advocated for me and made sure that my court dates did not conflict with the series of surgeries I was undergoing. I would like to add that on my court date, I arrived early. A lawyer who was searching for his client asked who my attorney was. His reaction: "Oh, Brian Sloan? He's a great lawyer. You are really in good hands."
I never thought I'd find myself in this situation, but I did, and my case was not looking good! I had an extreme DUI and hit another vehicle (no injury). I contacted Brian and immediately he set my mind at ease, reassuring me that getting a DUI does not make you a "bad guy". Amazingly, he was able to plead my case down to a regular DUI with the absolute minimum penalty, saving me extensive jail time and fines. Brian also worked with me untangling the incredibly confusing ADOT/MVD rules and regulation. Not too many lawyers will do that. Brian was prompt in responding to any questions, email text or call. His professionalism, dedication and knowledge made the whole process as stress free as possible. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me and my family.
Being arrested made me feel like my whole world was crashing down on me. I was completely devastated. From the first phone call with Brian, I knew he was the best attorney to represent me. He was professional, very thorough in asking questions, was completely knowledgeable regarding the law, but beyond that he went out of his way to calm my worst fears. All throughout my case from arrest to trial he was prompt in answering any questions I had and was great at providing any information that would help me during this process. He may not have always said what I wanted to hear which I appreciated. But he knew the law, and he represented me better than I could have hoped for during the entire case.
I really want to express my gratitude to Brain as he went above and beyond to meet my needs as his client. The charges I was facing would have severely altered my life and career. Brian was able to manage to drop 3 of the four chargers and get me a deal that was beyond great and was his doing. He truly advocates for his clients needs accordingly. Brian has a system that allows his clients to not stress the concept of court dates, and stays in communication. He will provide you with his best guidance on things and refer you to services in advance that he knows will benefit you in your case. All his work is solely in his clients best interest and I couldn't be grateful for hiring him. Thank you for everything Brian,
