Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I am writing today to wholeheartedly recommend Brian Sloan’s very capable representation in any DUI matter you may have. He clearly has impressive credentials and a great system and team in place to support any level of infraction, and I couldn’t be happier with the result of my court date; he was even able to talk down the charge and reduce my court fees. His services are also surprisingly reasonably priced for the level of service and info provided, compared to others I’ve heard from. Though I hope our paths never need cross again, Mr Sloan was also very kind, straightforward, and great to work with in person.
Brian is the best. He knows the legal system and can give the best of legal help with DUIs and any ADOT issues. I have the ultimate confidence in Brian to get things done for your legal issues. No need to call any other lawyer. His fees are reasonable as well.Brian is also compassionate and understands your legal needs. He gets things done. Thanks Brian .

Facing my first DUI charge felt like heading into a dark storm alone until I found Attorney Brian Sloan. With the kind of expertise you only hope to find in an attorney, Brian became my navigational lighthouse, guiding me every step of the way. With his unwavering support, guidance & availability through calls, texts, and emails, he ensured I was never lost in the intricacies of the legal process. From our very first conversation, I felt an instant sense of relief. Brian took the time to educate me about every twist and turn, transforming what could have been a harrowing experience into a manageable journey. He approached my case not just with professionalism, but with compassion a rare combination that made a world of difference during such a stressful time. In the end, the resolution far surpassed my hope thanks to Brian’s tireless effort and deep understanding of the law. Because of him, I walked away not just with the best outcomes possible, but with my dignity intact.
Brian is one of the best out there. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. He knows the various court municipalities in the Phoenix area very well and how to deal with them within the law. He promptly answers his text messages phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He gets positive results. He helped reduce my charges. Thanks Brian. Keep up your great work. JP
Hiring Brian Sloan will be the best decision you have ever made if you are seeking the highest level of representation during such a confusing - and scary - situation. I have never been in trouble with the law and I made a very poor decision and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in a stiff jail sentence even for a first-time offender. In the end, Brian was very honest with me and was able to negotiate the best plea deal we could have hoped for. When he did his final review of the case for Phase I representation, he was honest and advised me to take the plea deal because I would definitely not do better should we take it to trial. And following his advice was the best decision I could have made. Be sure to pay attention to his FAQ page that he sends you at the beginning as it will be clear about the steps of the process and you will never find yourself feeling surprised. It is without reservation that I will recommend Brian to anybody I know! Sebastian K.
Brian made the process much easier and kept me well informed along the way. In the end, the only time I had to go to court was to accept the plea deal. Brian was able to get me a great plea deal, and due to his recommendations after my initial arrest, I was also able to avoid jail time. He has helped me in so many ways and I will be forever grateful!!!
The plea deal Brian arranged was the best outcome I could’ve asked for. He essentially wrote the book on interstate DUI law, and it shows. While he is incredibly knowledgeable and effective, he’s also a great human. This is evident through his affordable rates as well as his empathy. I was at a pivotal point in my life, and Brian put me in a position to recover and get my life back on track.
Attorney Brian Sloan deserves 5 stars across the board! I couldn’t have picked a better attorney to represent me during this process. He truly shows compassion to whom he represents. I had heard of other attorneys not showing up to court with the defendant and that made me nervous since this was my first offense, but Attorney Brian Sloan made sure I was aware of the process each step of the way and showed up to court with me. Thank you Brian, you took the weight off my shoulders and fought for my future! -ML
