The school should have called you and also an ambulance. Whether the school's actions exacerbated your son's injury is impossible to say without reviewing his medical records, but you definitely have an action against the school for your son'g injury. Keep in mind that you have 90 days to file a notice of claim against the school district or the action will be barred by the statute of limitations.

But was it because of the monitoring equipment or did she have problems. Regardless, you need to talk with a local malpractice attorney. This is a very complicated case and the local attorney will have a better idea of how strong your case is. I am sorry for the pain you are going through.

Cancer grows very slowly. I doubt if the doctors would think there was any substantial change in your condition from the first ER. in any event it is a doctor question not legal at this point. you must have all your records reviewed by a friendly doctor and ask him your question.I don't think you will have any success but you can try it. problem is you might have to pay the doctor some big bucks to do the review.
